ONE HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS Every one-hour session is based on a one-on-one tailored format with an EPEC personal trainer. Each session will be about you and achieving your goals. Every workout is comprised of both cardiovascular and strength training exercises, followed by stretching. 30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS A condensed/modified workout, that balances intensity with cardiovascular and strength training. These workouts are designed for individuals with limited time or someone who has a specific focus. GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS This is an hour session shared between 2 to 4 people and 1 personal trainer. Compose your own group or allow EPEC to pair you with a peer with the same interest and desire. It is understood that fitness levels may vary within each group. |
